For websites and the platform plugins, plans are billed per site by card through Stripe. Prices are in USD and you pay in USD. Taxes may apply depending on where you are; checkout shows the amount you pay, including any taxes, before you pay.

The Consentl app for Shopify is coming soon. Once it is available, its plans are chosen in the app and billed on your Shopify invoice, with any taxes Shopify adds. Shopify app (coming soon)

Which plan do I need?

Free · $0 per site / month

You want a fair banner with the right rules for each region, proof of consent, a cookie declaration and a privacy request form, and you are happy to mark the tags that must wait for consent yourself.

Pro · $7 per site / month

You run Google Ads, or Google tags linked to them, for visitors from the EEA or the UK and need Consent Mode signals, you sell online to EU consumers and want the withdrawal button, or you want to edit the banner texts and remove “Powered by Consentl”.

Business · $19 per site / month

You want known trackers blocked automatically, your own consent model per law, a monthly scan with an e-mail report, consent analytics, an accessibility menu, your logo and CSS, or the legal document generator.

Enterprise · $39 per site / month

Your site is behind a password and still needs scanning, you want consent records kept for 5 years, or you need scans of up to 500 pages.

Billing, cancellation and withdrawal

• The Free plan does not include Google Consent Mode, automatic script blocking or the EU withdrawal function.
• Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance. They renew automatically for the same period at the price then shown until you cancel. A free trial (14 days, once per account; on Shopify, once per store) turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before.
• You can cancel at any time. For websites, cancel on the dashboard's billing page: the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then moves to Free, and fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it. On Shopify, change or cancel your plan in the app (uninstalling the app also cancels it); Shopify's billing terms apply.
• You can change your plan at any time. If a change shortens how long consent records are kept, older records stay available for 30 more days — export them first if you need them.
• Right of withdrawal for consumers: if you buy a website plan as a consumer (for purposes outside your trade or business), you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, tell us clearly before the 14 days end, for example by e-mail to [email protected] with the e-mail address of your account and the site concerned. If you asked us to start the paid plan within the 14 days, you pay only for the days before you withdrew, and we refund the rest within 14 days. Shopify plans are bought by merchants for their store and are billed by Shopify.
